The Founder and CEO of Offbeet Media Group, Jaideep is a self confessed startup fiend. A decorated Ex-Army Major, he took the plunge and entered the corporate world in 2002. Throughout his career – which features senior management stints at powerhouses such as Viacom 18 Media, Times Of India, Arré, CII, JK Tyres and others – he has been involved in the setting up of new products, new business models and teams. In his decade-long tenure at Viacom18 he worked across MTV & VH1, and also dabbled in the movies, regional entertainment and kids genres. As Senior VP, Head of Business for Viacom18 Network Business, he led a team of 60 people across the content, marketing, monetisation, PR and talent departments. He worked across the APAC, Middle East, UK and US markets and was also a part of the leadership team reporting to the Board of Network 18 and International (now known as ViacomCBS International). He decided to take his passion of storytelling through content to the next level by launching Offbeet Media. Today, he works with a talented team, handpicked by him and located across the country. Teamwork makes the dream work, he believes. An adventure and fitness enthusiast, Jaideep loves going on long runs and high-altitude treks when he isn’t working.
